Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cap pureed pumpkin
- 4 T honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Mix together the pumpkin, honey, egg, vanilla, and brown sugar
- In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and add in the chocolate chips, be careful to to overmix
- Scoop the dough into a greased muffin tin and shape appropriately
- Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
