Dark Chocolate Raspberry Scones

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4.5 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. plus 1 t. baking powder
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then raspberries and chocolate chips. Add cream and knead together.
  3. Form dough balls and flatten. Cut into triangles.
  4. Place triangles onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until beginning to brown.
  7. Serve warm.
